Abstract

The phenomenon of financial corruption among employees has become present in every Islamic and other society despite the presence of legal controls and religious prohibitions. Therefore, talking about financial corruption is not specific to a specific society or country in itself, but rather it is a global phenomenon that all countries complain about, because of its danger. Social, economic and political, and from here these societies devoted their efforts to addressing this corruption, reducing its danger, and developing ways to do so. Hence, the research sought to achieve a number of objectives, the most important of which are:

1-Explaining the comprehensiveness of Sharia law and its role in addressing financial corruption among employees, and protecting society from its disastrous effects that destroy the entity of the Islamic nation.
2- The multiplicity of types of financial corruption, and the diversity of its methods, make there an urgent need to reveal its reality and show the appropriate legal ruling on it.
3- Investigating the most important causes of the phenomenon of financial corruption among employees, and trying to limit its spread. The research was based on the inductive approach based on extrapolating Sharia texts related to dealing with financial corruption, and since it is not sufficient to reach an elaborate scientific study, nor does it bring much benefit to the researcher; It was necessary to join the analytical approach in order to analyze the basic issues related to financial corruption, so that the most appropriate methods for reforming it could be known. To complete the benefit, the research recorded the following results:1- Sharia’s call for employee reform; Urging him to behave well and preventing him from falling into corruption.
2-Sharia was concerned with setting restrictions and controls for earning money, and specified the means of spending it and the methods of preserving it.
3- In Islam, the job is a trust placed on the employee’s neck, and spoiling it and neglecting it is punishable.
4- Islam takes the lead in preserving the rights of employees, providing them with job security, and keeping them away from deviation and mistakes.
