How to attract and select referees:
The journal's editorial board is keen to attract distinguished referees who meet the above criteria, particularly those with international academic activity, or who have published scientific research in prestigious international journals, or who have a high Hirsch index and number of citations according to the scientific research website Google Scholar. This is to create a database about them. The journal has adopted several methods for recruiting reviewers, including the following:
• Direct communication: Often, a member of the editorial board communicates directly with specialized experts known for their competence and academic integrity, with the aim of recruiting them as reviewers for the journal.
Indirect communication: through their educational institutions or affiliated research centers.
• Encouraging current reviewers to recommend new reviewers and attract those who meet the above criteria.
• Encouraging researchers whose research has been published by the journal and whose research has been of outstanding quality to be included in the journal's reviewer pool.
Through the electronic portal: The journal will open an electronic portal for registration for those who wish to be one of the journal’s reviewers. This can be done by completing an electronic form containing the necessary information for this purpose, along with supporting documents such as a CV and promotion decisions.
