Afaq Economic Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to publishing original research and studies in the field of economics. It is published semi-annually by the Faculty of Economics and Commerce at Elmergib University. Its publication rules are as follows:
The journal's vision and interests:
Economic Horizons Journal publishes peer-reviewed research and studies in the field of economics and political sciences in Arabic, English, and French. The journal focuses on research that addresses related issues. The national economy, in terms of analyzing the problems that concern this economy and proposing appropriate policies to deal with them with a neutral scientific vision committed to a scientific approach that aims to develop the spirit of creativity and develop scientific research tools and methods with the aim of simulating contemporary scientific developments.
The Journal also provides space for publishing critical comments on recently published books, especially modern and important international books. It allocates a space of no more than one and a half pages for each of these comments, provided that these comments are characterized by objectivity and deep analysis to clarify the advantages of these books in order to benefit from them.
The journal also publishes reports on scientific seminars and conferences, allocating no more than three pages for each of these reports, which explain the objectives and themes of this or that seminar or conference, as well as brief summaries of the most important scientific papers presented during it and its most important recommendations. It is necessary to mention the title of the seminar or conference, its date, and its location.
