Abstract

The research aims to achieve a broader and clearer understanding of the implications of the transition of business organizations from the perspective of traditional cooperation to a contemporary perspective in explaining the relationship between organizations, which is the perspective of the electronic competitive cooperation process, by presenting a proposed framework for managing the process that contributes to explaining the method of organized thinking in providing the necessary contents, stages, and requirements. For organizations to move from the perspective of traditional cooperation, through competitive cooperation, then electronic cooperation, and reach the contemporary trends of the electronic competitive cooperation strategy. The intellectual and philosophical principles of the current research were based on a new philosophical perspective to explain the method of organized thinking on the one hand, and it simulates the implications of cooperation between organizations within the framework of the collaborative process management model. Embodying the possibility of adopting continuous developments and the growing use of information and communications technology on the other hand, as a basic foundation for adopting electronic cooperation technology within the structure of competitive cooperation. Thus, a special research approach was adopted to discuss all its dimensions, in light of the Process Management Model, to frame the overall Patterns of interaction and integration between organizations participating in the cooperation process to reach a comprehensive and integrated vision of the contents of the electronic competitive cooperation process management model. Therefore, four main integrated axes formed the general framework around which the current research revolves, which is (the cooperation process competitive cooperation process, electronic cooperation process, , electronic competitive cooperation process). A hypothetical outline for the process management model was formulated that reflects the compatible and influential relationships between the dimensions of the research, which are (inputs to express the reasons for cooperation, processing to explain the requirements, procedures, and practices of the cooperation process, and finally, outputs to describe the expected results for the participants in the process). Its results confirmed support for the answers to the research questions, the positivity of its objectives, and the validity of its plan. . The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the possibility of achieving results more effectively if activities and resources are managed as a process to express a reciprocal and interactive framework between participants in building and capturing value organizations In light of the research findings, a number of proposals were presented, the most important of which are related to the need for business organizations to pay more attention and focus more on the implications of integrating capabilities, regrouping resources, and the timing of these decisions in accordance with the requirements of development in the industry in which business organizations operate.
