The impact of work ethics on the mental image of the organization

The study has aimed to address the reality of ethics of work in the Sahara bank as well as addressing the nature of relationship and effect of ethics of work and mental image of the organization under study. The problem of the study lies in answering the following question: What is the nature of the relationship (correlation) and effect between ethics of work and mental image of the organization under study?. The study has followed the descriptive analytical methodology which is suitable for its purposes. The population of the study is 52 employees of managers working in general managements, managers of managements and heads of departments. A questionnaire has been developed and distributed on the targeted sample. 43 questionnaires were received back which were matching the answers and questions of the study.. The study has found a number of results, most important of which were: there is an effect of statistical significance of ethics of work on the mental image of the organization since the percentage of effect of respect dimension of laws and systems was 22.7%, the percentage of effect of justice and impartiality was 20%. The effect percentage of speed and mastering at work was 29.2%, to the dimension of time respect was 36.3% unless another effecter has effected. The study has also found that the relationship between the two variables is a proportional relationship since the value of the correlation factor was 0.693. Also, there is an effect of statistical significance of ethics of work on the mental image of the organization under study since the value of the determination factor was 0.481, i.e., a percentage of 48.1% of the variables of mental image is caused by ethics of work.Downloads
