The reality of academic supervision of graduation research in faculties of economics in Libyan universities from the point of view of graduate students

Abstract

This study aimed to identify on the reality of academic supervision on graduating researches that belong to students of commerce and economics faculty in Elmergib University. For implementing the study goals, the study used the descriptive analytical approach through a questionnaire survey conducted and distributed on a random sample of (60) students who graduated from commerce and economics faculty in Elmergib University. The findings of this study suggest that academic supervisors of students graduating researches in commerce and economics faculty in Elmergib University fulfil the roles in a high degree in the human, ethical and scientific dimension. In addition to that sample individuals agree on the proposal obstacles that may hinder supervisors fulfill their roles. According to the results of study the author conducted some useful recommendations to enhance the roles of the academic supervisor.
