Abstract

Abstract This study aimed at identifying the extent of practicing the roles of complex adaptive leadership, and the job performance of workers in Egyptian industrial organizations in the Sadat industrial area, and determining the extent of the effect of perceptual complex adaptive leadership on the job performance of workers in the organizations in Under study. The independent variable was represented in the dimensions of complex adaptive leadership through the role the leader plays in (creating the work environment, the role of the leader in the stage of applying the new system, the stage of applying the new system), and the dependent variable in job performance. A randomly selected medical representative sample of the study community was chosen from the individuals working in the industrial organizations of Under study with a strength of (384) singles to collect the primary data and carry out its analysis based on the statistical methods appropriate to the nature of this data, in order to . Test the validity of the study hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a significant effect of the dimensions of the complex adaptive leadership on the job performance of workers in the industrial organizations in application, as the study recommended a number of important recommendations.
