The impact of practicing the dimensions of total quality management in achieving sustainable development from the point of view of faculty members at the College of Arts and Sciences, Al-Marj, University of Benghazi.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to identify the level of practice of total quality management dimensions (Commitment of top management - customer focus - social participation - continuous improvement) from the perspective of the faculty members at the college of Arts and Sciences, Al-Marj University of Benghazi, The study also aimed to identify the impact of the practice of the dimensions of total quality management in achieving sustainable development , The population of the study reached (200), selected by random sampling method with size (132).The number of retrieved questionnaire for valid statistical analysis was (99) form The descriptive analytical was used and analyze the collected by using the (SPSS). The most important of results was: There is was significant impact for dimensions of total quality management in achieving sustainable development. Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations that may contribute to Attention total quality management and activating its role in achieving sustainable development, of the Faculty under study.
