This study aimed to examine the level of implementation of digital human resource management (DHRM) practices-namely (e-recruitment, e-training, e-performance appraisal, and e-compensation) at the Social Security Fund in the city of Benghazi. The study adopted a descriptive approach, and primary data were collected באמצעות a questionnaire specifically designed for this purpose. The questionnaire was administered to a simple random sample of employees at the Social Security Fund – Western Branch in Benghazi, comprising (278) respondents. The findings revealed that the overall level of implementation of DHRM practices at the Social Security Fund in Benghazi was low. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in respondents’ perceptions of DHRM practices attributable to demographic variables within the organization under study. Based on these findings, the study proposed a set of recommendations that are expected to contribute to enhancing the implementation of digital human resource management practices at the Social Security Fund in Benghazi.
