The Impact of Applying Digital Transformation of Human Resources Management in Achieving Institutional Excellence

This study aimed to identify the impact of implementing the dimensions of digital transformation in human resources management (recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation, and performance evaluation) on achieving institutional excellence at Al Waha Oil Company in Tripoli. A descriptive analytical approach was adopted to conduct this study. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a simple random sample of (52) employees from the company's human resources department. The statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The study results showed a positive impact of the dimensions of digital transformation in human resources management on institutional excellence, reflecting the importance of implementing the dimensions of digital transformation in human resources management in enhancing institutional excellence and improving performance efficiency. The study results also showed that the training and development dimension is considered the most important among the dimensions of digital transformation in human resources management at Al Waha Oil Company, which is an indication that the company pays great attention to developing the skills of its employees. The study recommends promoting a culture of digital transformation among all employees at Al Waha Oil Company by offering workshops and training courses that enhance the concept and importance of digital transformation among employees at Al Waha Company.
