The current study aims to identify servant leadership and its relationship to the level of job satisfaction for employees at the Southern Electricity Company. The study adopted, in its conceptual framework, the subject of servant leadership as an independent variable, in addition to addressing the subject of job satisfaction as a dependent variable. The problem of the study crystallized in identifying the reasons for the low level of Job satisfaction of the employees of the company under study. Here, a positive leadership style was highlighted to determine the extent of its relationship to levels of job satisfaction, as well as the importance of the study in the field and applied aspects. The questionnaire was the tool for collecting data from the study sample, and a random sample of (101) individuals was taken. (SSPS) was used in the analysis, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship to servant leadership on the level of job satisfaction for employees of the Southern Electricity Company.
