The level of Job Bulling in Al-Galaa Hospital for Accidents and Surgery in Benghazi from the point of nurses` view

The study aimed to identify the level of Job Bulling from the point of view of nurses in Al-Galaa Hospital in Benghazi. The preliminary data were collected by using the questionnaire designed for this purpose. The questionnaire was distributed to a simple random sample of nurses in the hospital, size (175) nurses. The results indicated that The overall level of the practice of Job Bullying in the hospital and its dimensions in the hospital was high. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences regarding the Job Bulling and its dimensions to education level. In addition, The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the opinions of the study sample members towards the Job Bulling and its dimensions to experience. Finally, the study presented a set of recommendations and posed researches depend on results’ research
