Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of ethical leadership practice of the department heads in the General Company for Water and Sanitation/Al-Khams services office, and to know the extent of commitment to organizational citizenship behaviors of its employees, and to demonstrate the level of organizational justice in the services office, and to identify the impact of the ethical leadership of department heads on the organizational citizenship behaviors of the office’s employees. And to know the impact of applying organizational justice on the organizational citizenship behaviors of office workers, in addition to knowing the effect of the ethical leadership of department heads on the organizational citizenship behaviors of employees. When mediating organizational justice, the descriptive, correlational approach was followed, and the study population was represented by all employees of the General Company for Water and Sanitation Services Office/ Al-Khams (460) employees, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting primary data and distributed to a sample consisting of (210) individuals. The results also showed that there is no statistically significant effect of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors. The study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors. The study also revealed that There is a statistically significant positive effect of ethical leadership on organizational justice. Finally, the results indicate that organizational justice does not mediate the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behaviors.
