Abstract

In this research, the researcher attempted to determine the nature of the political system and the system of government in Islam, the most important pillars and foundations on which this system is based, as well as the nature of rights and freedoms in this system, Islam’s vision of political parties and the political opposition. The researcher concluded that the Islamic political system does not differ much from modern systems of government. The foundations upon which this system is based are foundations that do not differ much from the foundations and pillars upon which modern political systems are based. The Islamic political system is a Shura system that rejects all forms of authoritarian rule and all systems of oppression, chaos, and shura."Democracy" is a human necessity in all political, economic and social fields. In Islam, it is a requisite of faith in God Almighty. The right to choose the ruler in the Islamic political system is for the nation through the people of the solution and contract. Governance in Islam is a contract of mutual agreement between the nation and the ruler, and obedience to the ruler in the Islamic political system is obligatory unless... It violates an explicit text of Islamic law and within Islam and the Islamic political system the rights of women in accordance with their feminine nature.
