is a theme of talent management with great interest by the service organizations, including the production of different objectives, activities and operations because Machhdh business environment changes rapidly, and developments, and the current study dealt with one of the important aspects of a role that talent management dimensions through the dimensions of (development strategy - famine and keep - deployment and management - communication and empowerment) in improving the quality of banking service, Temtlt study the problem in answering the following question: Is there a role for the dimensions of talent management in improving the quality of banking services to banks commercial Jamahiriya and that dimensions of (speed - response - cost - security) ? The study aimed to find out the role of talent management dimensions to improve the quality of banking service, The study population consisted of all employees commercial banks located in Murzuq totaling (164), while the total study sample (67) single and then rely on the questionnaire to collect data, and give each paragraph and weight listed according to the Likert scale quintet, and then the data using a program analysis (Spss) view to arriving at an appropriate sentence on a sample study in response to the paragraphs of the questionnaire and find out their attitudes, the study results showed a strong relationship between talent management dimensions and improve the quality of banking services were the most important recommendations need to pay attention to improving the quality of services banking through and attention to attracting and human resources development Organization of focus.
