The role of the efficiency of the administrative communications system in raising the level of job performance

The role of the efficiency of managerial communications system in raising the level of job performance An empirical study on school managers to basic education and secondary district Elabyar Abstract The current study aims to identify the actual role of managerial communication system effectiveness in uplifting the level of job performance of elementary and secondary schools' staff within Elabyar district. It also attempts to present a set of results that make the study objective clear. For the study purpose, an analytical, descriptive method was adopted. The study was conducted on a population consisted of 44 principals. A comprehensive survey technique was used to attain the study objectives. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was also utilized. The following are the main outcomes obtained: 1. Effectiveness of managerial communication system contribution undertakes a significant role in solving the problems that principals encounter. This contribution was very high, as the arithmetic mean amounted to 4.1685, that is, almost 83%. 2. The results also revealed that the contribution of the effectiveness of managerial communication techniques used in public schools has a major role in elevating the level of job performance of teachers. This contribution was also very high, where the arithmetic mean reached 4.0733, that is, almost 81%. 3. The degree of managerial communication hindrances was very high with arithmetic mean of 4.0804, that is, almost 82%. 4. In spite of the first two outcomes, the level of obstacles of managerial communication was very high. Principals were doing their best to overcome such hindrances despite of managerial communication deficiency in schools under study.
